These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of eanmiami.com (the “Site”), operated by EAN — Express Auto Network (“EAN”, “we”, “us”), located at 10365 SW 187th St, Cutler Bay, Florida. 1. What we do

EAN is an enthusiast car dealer serving South Florida. Through the Site you can browse a selection of vehicles, see examples of our restoration and customization work, and send us a request to source, purchase, restore, customize or maintain a vehicle.

2. Website information is not an offer

• Vehicles shown on the Site are examples of our inventory and work. All vehicles are subject to prior sale and availability.
• Photos, descriptions, specifications and figures (including statistics such as cars sourced or personalized) are provided for general information and may contain errors or be updated at any time.
• Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, price quote or commitment. Pricing, condition reports and terms for any specific vehicle or service are confirmed directly with you in writing before any transaction.

3. Requests and communications

• Submitting the contact form is a request for information, not a purchase or reservation.
• You agree that we may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp using the details you provide, for the purpose of handling your request.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.

4. Vehicle transactions

Any purchase, sourcing engagement, restoration, customization or maintenance work is governed by the specific written agreement, invoice or buyer’s order signed for that transaction, including its own terms on pricing, deposits, condition, warranties and delivery. Those documents prevail over these Terms for that transaction. Motor vehicle sales are subject to applicable Florida law.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including the EAN and ECN names and logos, text, photography and design — belong to EAN or its licensors. Third-party trademarks shown on the Site (such as vehicle brands or our trusted partners) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; their appearance does not imply endorsement. You may not copy, reproduce or use Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Site for unlawful purposes or submit false, misleading or abusive content through our forms.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Site.
